We have now set the price for this title at £100 for orders received with payment before 1 February 2020. In return for pre-payment we will print your name in the colophon to yield an ad personam copy. Thereafter copies will be £125 each. (If you are a Subscriber to the Press you will automatically receive an ad personam copy at the pre-publication price.)

If you wish to order a copy at the pre-publication price please get in touch as soon as possible. There will be only thirty-three copies for sale.

In line with our previous books about Oxford University Press this will be a demy quarto. The 32pp of text will be printed letterpress in Monotype Van Dijck on a slate-grey Abbey Mills laid paper, and the engravings on 250gsm Rives BFK. The book will be case bound in full cloth with a spine label. You can find more information, including a contents list, at our website.
